The time passes here marked and jewelled by ordinary things. We like it and them that way. The fun is in the creases. Know what I mean?
.
Silver sylph Prudence under her mosquito net.
Abigail finishing, the day before her braids.
Her drawer, in all its glory.
Peace, gapped-grill folder.
The small people got vicariously fatigued.
The talking penguin told Jennifer so.
Barbie showed up.
And brought her friends
in their fancy clothes
who secretly envied the folded clothes.
.
When we’re not folding clothes we’re out getting ’em dirty. Just a snake eating its tail, I guess, and happy on the way.
So long for now,
David

January 9, 2012 at 7:39 amDear Toe,
The Barbies, as most right thinking people know, are currently required only to look nice. But I’m tossing around the idea of giving them mohawks and requiring them to start an Occupy plastic surgeons offices.
Whadaya think?
