The pandemic has been very hard on our surrounding community, as it has across the continent of Africa. We have been working behind the scenes to quietly help families as the needs present themselves to us. Many of the children in our program left with their families for up country to live with family members but have been returning. Now that school has resumed, we are back to feeding the children of the community to the tune of around 140,000 meals per year and educating over 75 children who would otherwise, in many cases, not be attending school at all. Our Outreach program will continue to grow as time progresses.
